The MSA (Mobile Service App) was also designed for WorkX 2.0 so that fitters can plan and execute kitchen assembly processes. It also offers the option of creating your own checklist to guide fitters on the day of assembly. It goes without saying that more improvements to the app are coming. For instance, the app is not yet designed for reworking measures. All in all, this software is a great addition, allowing you an overview of offers and orders. At Voigt kitchens we can only recommend this app.

We have been using the MSA app for a year and it has optimised and simplified many processes in our business. We can export fully planned kitchens directly from the CARAT planning program to the MSA APP. The fitters use multiple work tablets. On them, they are provided with all important documents, from the parts list through loading, through graphical interfaces to make the process more comprehensible to a hand-over log for the customer. We used to print out and personally exchange all documents. Now we no longer need to do that, which saves us a lot of time.
